1. This training can advance your career.
With what we’ll teach you, you will have a unique skill that few people have. This is leading edge training. It will put you far ahead of your competition for career advancement or contract opportunities. A recent Forbes survey found that over 80% of CEOs surveyed said that they did not feel that their management and staff understood their organization’s strategy, and the same amount also felt that they had the wrong strategy. This is a significant statement, and it leaves a large hole to be filled by people with expertise in developing and communicating strategy. Governance is another uncharted territory for most managers, with many thinking that governance is a reporting structure, or worse, an org chart. Governance is big and complex. It cannot be simplified to an org chart. You will learn to develop a Governance Process suited to your organization’s needs, and learn how to implement the people, process, policies, information, and technology necessary to support a proper governance structure. By the time you’ve completed your training, you will likely be the only person in your organization, and the only person you know, with the skills to architect, set up and administer a proper governance system.

You will learn skills that can open opportunities for engaging senior management in discussions and meetings where most people would not normally typically get an opportunity. You might even be asked to run strategy or governance workshops with executives, employees, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, to gain their insight and capture their input and convert that input into contributions to the organizational or project strategy and governance structures and processes.

3. You will be part of a continuous education system.
New training modules will be added regularly with fresh material, and older modules will be refreshed if there are any significant developments that directly affect a module, to ensure they remain current. This provides you a single source to turn to when you are posed with problems on how to develop everything you need to build and communicate your strategy or establish and operate a governance program for your organization.

4. You can communicate with us if you run into trouble.
We don’t just put up videos and abandon you. If you have troubles understanding some part of what we’re teaching, you can reach out and ask us questions about the specific subject matter we teach. We’re always available to help elaborate on the course material we cover. You are automatically part of our Community of Practice (Discussion Forum), so you can also post your questions and perhaps other community members will also contribute to solving your issue.
